At Grosso Dentistry, we take pride in our gentle dental care for people of all ages. Our office is a family-owned practice and has been serving the Falls Church and Arlington communities for over fifty years. In our office, we offer cautious, high quality dental care for the entire family, including excellent children's dentistry focused on education and prevention. Whether you need routine care or cosmetic dentistry, implants, crowns, a root canal or a one-hour bleaching, Dr. Michael Grosso uses state-of-the-art equipment to help make your teeth healthy and your smile beautiful!
Our completely renovated office building provides the highest, hospital grade, air quality filtration system that exchanges 75% of air hourly and houses the most up to date dental equipment. We are committed to your safety and the safety of our team. Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. Our processes are made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable. Our office follows recommendations made by the American Dental Association, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
OUR SERVICES
Routine Care
We examine your teeth and gums for any signs of dental health issues and do a full cleaning to remove substances like plaque and tartar that can cause cavities. We recommend visiting twice a year to keep your teeth strong and healthy.
Children's Care
We give families the information and tools to keep little teeth healthy. Along with proper oral hygiene, preventive visits will safeguard children from common dental issues like cavities.
Cosmetic Dentistry
If you need a crown, bridge, veneer or implant, we offer custom impressions and final fittings to ensure the perfect size and fit of your mouth.
Root Canals
In treating an inflamed or diseased tooth, a root canal can prevent complete loss. We ensure pulp in the affected tooth is removed and the area is thoroughly cleaned, then sealed.
Teeth Whitening
We can help you restore your smile and remove stains or natural tooth aging with professional take-home whitening or in-office whitening. Both options are available for patients of all ages.
Dental Fillings
To treat tooth cavities, we use composite, tooth-colored fillings We remove any damaged tooth material and replace it with a natural-looking filling that won't affect your smile.
Dentures & Partials
Dentures can restore your confidence and the function of chewing, smiling and speaking with a long-lasting prosthetic. They offer a less invasive treatment for patients looking to replace missing teeth without implant surgery.

WHO WE ARE
Community and family are a big part of Grosso Dentistry. We believe in giving back to our community through volunteer work and supporting the future of tomorrow, our youth.
For 33 years, our team has volunteered with Bland Ministry Dental Clinic to do dental work and dentures in the hills of Appalachia Virginia. Through generous foundation support and a partnership with Bland County Medical Clinic, they have a three chair clinic and a denture lab in Bland and a five chair clinic in Wytheville where routine care and specialized services are offered at no cost.
As a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, Dr. Grosso travels to Jamaica yearly to volunteer with VCU's Jamaica Project. Extractions, restorations, cleanings, sealants and oral health education are provided at no cost to Jamaican men, women and children.
